Amsterdam massage after midnight: naming the night so the date and the hour both fit
After midnight the calendar moves on, but for most people the night has not ended. That gap causes more wrong bookings than anything else. This page shows the one habit that closes it, and how a very late arrival works in practice.
One night, two dates
At 00:30 it is already the next day on the calendar. Yet a guest who writes Friday 00:30 often means the night that begins on Friday evening. A reader may think of the night that begins on Saturday evening instead, a whole day later. The safe habit is to name the night with both of its days: the night from Friday to Saturday, at 00:30. Stay away from 00:00
Midnight itself is the least certain hour of all. Some people read 00:00 as the start of a day and others as its end. Do not use it. Write 23:45 or 00:15 instead, and name both days. A start a quarter of an hour on either side of midnight is understood the same way everywhere.
When to send the message
For a start after midnight, send your message before 23:00 if you can. The reply then has time to name a woman and fix the hour without hurry. A message written at 00:30 for as soon as possible is answered too. In that case the window still runs forty to sixty minutes from your yes, so a confirmation at 00:30 means a knock between 01:10 and 01:30.
The building at night
Late at night the city goes quiet. Hotel lobbies have fewer staff, street doors of flats are locked, and the bells are often unlit. Write how to reach your door, in plain words, before she sets out. A short line is enough: side door, ring the bell, third floor. Or, for a flat: street door locked, I will come down to open it.

A session after midnight is the same session as at any other hour. She tells you her limits before she begins. The length you booked is the length you get.
